My aim is to have happy customers. I will consult with you to make an inventory of your wishes and ideas for your website. Based upon this your website will be designed an implemented. Upon completion I test-drive all aspects on your server in real-time to make sure that everything on your website is fully functional upon delivery.

Return Policy

I personally guarantee that all work done for you will be of the highest standard and meet your expectations. In the event that you are not satisfied then please contact me in writing within 7 days after delivery and I will refund your money for work done myself. This means that anything supplied by a third party cannot be refunded as I do not have control of monies paid to third parties for their services. (domain name registration is an example of this). Any costs that are incurred by an online payment system for transfer of funds can also not be included in a refund.

Timeline*

Depending on current orders work can usually start immediately upon receipt of payment. CMS sites are set up within 24 hours. Customisation or Sites made from scratch take longer. We will keep you up to date on the progress made and confer with you on a regular basis.

*Due to a recent explosion at the largest power facility it has been forecast that there may be regular black-outs for up to a year. Although we will try to enforce our speedy service please be advised that this is something that we have no control over.

We only use secure payment methods. We accept major credit cards or PayPal.

After Sales Service

After your site has been delivered we remain at your service to help in the event you require small changes and/or updates. This is completely free of charge for the lifetime of your site as long as it belongs to you. However we will not reconstruct a website free of charge if you have changed anything on the design yourself and can’t fix it again.

All websites we produce fro you will have a link to Plaza Products at the bottom. It must stay in place. This is non-negotiable.
